Servicing of Electric Forklifts including Reach Trucks

Service No 1
This includes a full inspection of the lift chains, wear or damage to the forks, mast and carriage bearings. Checking of all fluid levels including the battery. Checking of all motor brushes. Checking all warning lights and working lights. Inspection of steer axle and all moving parts. Brakes and park brake would also be tested. Wheel studs, nuts and counter weight bolts would also be checked. A report would than be drawn up indicating what had been done.

Service No 2
This would include what is carried out in service No 1 but would also include - topping up of all fluids, greasing of the forklift including the lift chains, adjusting of the brakes and park brakes, springs for motor brushes tested, checking of contactors in control panel, panels and motors blown out. On completion we would provide a full report indicating what work has been carried out and also highlight any further work which would need to be addressed.

Servicing of Diesel and Gas Forklifts up to 3 Tonne

Service No 1
We will check the brakes and park brake, dash warning lights, steering, back axle, wheel nuts and studs, counter weight bolts, hydraulic hoses, coolant hoses, mast and pin bushings, mast and carriage bearings. Carry out measurement of lift chain and forks. Check chain pin and links. Check all fluid levels. Carry out adjustment to charging fan belts. A report will be provided in the form of a check list.

We will do the same as Service No 1 and we will also change the engine oil filter and engine oil. This also includes removal and disposal of waste oil and filters
